Women’s health program.

Women leaders are good for business, but women are leaving the workforce in record numbers. Supporting women leaders is a win win to reduce absenteeism, enhance productivity, increase engagement, improve retention and grow profit, yet women’s health holds women back from advancing in their careers.

Our unique program supports employers and employees to help women navigate their health and become leaders in their career. We help to remove the stigma of women’s physical and mental health in the workplace and provide the guidance and support needed to thrive through education, engagement, and empowerment. Includes employee talks, manager workshops and leadership training, sharing circles, surveys and women’s health policies, women’s health ambassadors, online resources and partner benefits, and more.

100% of respondents in a This Independent Life survey reported feeling stigma about women’s health in the workplace, with a lack of understanding about women’s health generally and a lack of acknowledgment on the impact it has on careers and day-to-day life. Women feel they have to mask who they truly are at work and struggle to ask for help for what they need to succeed. They are suffering in silence without support, pressure to get on with it and perform at all costs, and feel repressed, unseen, and unheard by their employer.
